PHABO

PHABO is without a doubt one of my favourite artist this year. American R&B artist singer, songwriter, artist, he was born in San Diego and later on relocated to California.

He embodies the essence of R&B with a dap of grit. He is nothing to play with, he has also mastered that perfect balance of softness and realness. That's a REAL one right there. 
He gets it, he understands it, he studied it. R&B is an art, only you choose how you want to express it, since it could blossom in a different form. I feel like PHABO has the confidence, the authenticity, the “What you see is what you get”/grit of a rapper but in a R&B singer. He is not afraid to get personal and has mastered the art of writing a song that will stick in your head and becomes undeniable. He has released several singles, his debut album, “Soulquarius,” is a must have. My personal favourite is “Don’t Get Too Cozy” His music is known for its sensuality and edge but I have to say PHABO sounds and feels like no other.
